The Tilted Stick Bar & Grill

Right off Dog Beach in Ocean Beach, this dive bar posts a list of house rules behind the bar and welcomes patrons' dogs, one of the few pubs in the neighborhood that does. A jukebox partly blocks the entrance to the bathroom, sports play on a wall of TVs, and one well-worn pool table gets steady use, free to play. Wings in a half-dozen sauces and mahi tacos come out of the kitchen, backed by a rotating beer list, with a patio out back for eating away from the crowd.
