A record shop sits at the back of this old Bar Pink space, behind a front room that pours Japanese highballs and a long shelf of Japanese whisky. Guest record selectors play jazz, funk, boogie and disco through a hi-fi system built by Uncanned Music, with the lineup posted on Instagram. Cushioned wall benches, cabaret tables and a few velvet banquettes fill the candlelit room, and there's no kitchen. A line forms outside on weekend nights.
