The rooftop at 93 Bowery occupies the top two floors of a modest Wyndham Garden hotel in Chinatown, with an indoor lounge of floor-to-ceiling windows one level below the open-air deck. The payoff is the view: an unbroken stretch of the Manhattan skyline that takes in the Freedom Tower, the Empire State Building and the Chrysler Building without another rooftop blocking the sightline. The bar itself stays basic, a short beer list built around a Brooklyn IPA and a handful of signature cocktails, and there's no kitchen. Entry requires a valid ID and appropriate dress; outside food, drinks and pets aren't allowed.
