New York's largest indoor-and-outdoor rooftop, by its own billing, spreads across 33,000 square feet of terrace and enclosed lounge near the Empire State Building. Heated, see-through igloos go up on the terrace from November through April, with some bookable and others open on a walk-in, no-minimum basis. The bar runs a weekend brunch buffet alongside a regular cocktail and sushi menu. It takes no reservations, just a line to get past the crowds.
