Restaurateur John McDonald's Mercer Street Hospitality runs the operation, with chef John Villa in the kitchen turning out shareable seafood plates. The design leans on mossy green textiles and patterned concrete that echo Union Square's own paving, and seated tables booked through Resy carry a minimum spend per person.
