A single-button elevator carries guests up from the lobby of the Embassy Suites in the Fashion District to a rooftop split between a wooden deck and an astro-turf lawn strung with loungers. Giant lawn games like Jenga sit out for anyone waiting on a table, and in summer the space runs a ticketed outdoor movie series with Rooftop Cinema Club. The kitchen keeps it simple with a ceviche sampler and regional charcuterie, paired with cocktails developed alongside distiller Allen Katz, including pitcher versions built for a group. Drinks and snacks up here run cheaper than the hotel's bar downstairs.
