Eleven floors above Freeman Alley, atop the Untitled Hotel, a 2,300-square-foot rooftop wraps disco balls and mustard-and-green velvet seating around three street art murals. Cocktails arrive in character: a chamomile-and-pisco drink called the Rosenwach comes in a 3D-printed water tower, and the Red Handed pours lemon verbena and Irish whiskey into a spray paint can. Food leans into the same joke, from elevated hot dogs to a General Tso's chicken pate spread on sesame cornbread. The room opens daily at 4pm and takes reservations for tables that ring the view.
