Fifty floors above NoMad, Nubeluz fills a couch-lined room with mirrored tables and floor-to-ceiling windows that turn the skyline into wraparound scenery. Chef Jose Andres built the bar's cocktail program around modern twists on classics, served alongside small bites better described as hors d'oeuvres than a full meal. Guests looking for dinner are pointed one floor down to Zaytinya, his restaurant in the same hotel. The dress code rules out t-shirts and baseball hats, though the room doesn't take itself too seriously beyond that.
