Twenty-eight floors above Bryant Park, the Grayson Hotel's rooftop pours Latin-inflected cocktails like a tajin-rimmed tequila Cima Special and a mezcal paloma cut with grapefruit soda. A seasonal patio looks straight down onto the park, while the indoor room keeps views of the Empire State Building and One World Trade Center through the colder months. The mezcal and tequila list runs deep alongside small bites, and the bar has served both since opening in 2022.
