One of two rooftop bars at Hotel Hugo, Azul leans into an Old Havana theme without pretending to be Cuba, all bright colors and frozen drinks rather than a full transformation. The season runs April through October, with views stretching toward Lower Manhattan across the Hudson. Mojitos and other rum-based cocktails anchor the drink list, paired with street tacos, guacamole and fried calamari built for sharing rather than one sit-down plate. The hotel keeps a second rooftop bar on the same roof, reachable from the same elevator.
