Near Madison Square Garden, Versa runs the largest retractable rooftop in the city, an 8,000-square-foot dining room and terrace five stories above the Garment District. Television screens line the space, so there's rarely a seat far from a game, and multiple bars keep drink orders from backing up on a busy night. The kitchen runs a New American, gastropub-leaning menu: calamari, a flatbread with prosciutto, shishito peppers, and a Mezza plate alongside standard entrees like veggie burgers and ribs. Doors open early too, with a breakfast menu served daily starting at 7:30am.
