The Rooftop at The Manner

This SoHo hotel's rooftop closes for winter and reopens each spring above unobstructed skyline views. At The Manner, black-and-white striped seating surrounds a marble-topped bar built around European aperitivo hours: jamon iberico, patatas bravas and empanadas next to a Rebujito or a Carajillo. Wine comes by the glass rather than the bottle, part of an unhurried pace instead of a race through a set menu.
