A disco ball that once spun over the dance floor at LA's Vertigo club hangs in the Fleur Room, thirty-five stories above Chelsea. Rockwell Group designed the space for TAO Group in 2019, pairing floral upholstery and a copper-clad bar with exposed concrete and ductwork left visible on purpose. Glass walls wrap the room, and the top panes retract to open it into a veranda with a 360-degree view stretching from the Statue of Liberty to the Empire State Building and the World Trade Center. Happy hour runs Tuesday through Friday, five to eight in the evening.
