Seven floors above Times Square, this rooftop pairs a glass-enclosed indoor room with a wraparound outdoor terrace looking over the neon signs below. The kitchen serves American bites that scale from shareable plates up to a Beast Burger and a prime New York strip with frites, alongside a list of signature cocktails, wine and craft beer.
