Creature's Rooftop

Off the elevator on Chelsea's Far West 27th Street, this rooftop opens onto Empire State Building views to the east and the Hudson River and Hudson Yards' Edge to the west. Executive chef Olivo Gomez runs a global menu that leans into Middle Eastern mezze: hummus with tahini and schug, whipped ricotta with honey, marinated olives and warm pita, plus dinner dishes like charcoal-grilled peri-peri chicken skewers. A retractable, temperature-controlled roof keeps the space running through the colder months, with room for ten guests at a table or a few hundred for a full buyout. Reservations go through Resy, and weekend brunch runs into the afternoon.
