Twenty-three floors up at the Hilton Fashion District, this rooftop leans into a beach theme that rotates with the seasons, swings built from reclaimed wine barrels among the lifeguard chairs and rattan furniture. A retractable glass roof keeps the panoramic view, the Empire State Building on one side, the Hudson Yards towers and One World Trade on the other, open through the winter. The kitchen turns out pinsa-style pizza and charcuterie boards to go with cocktails from the house mixologist. Reservations hold a table, but the bar seats walk-ins as space allows.
