Chelsea Living Room

Velvet booths, crystal fixtures and a live jazz trio give this Chelsea supper club the feel of a room built decades before it actually opened. The kitchen leans upscale American with French touches: caviar over smoked mozzarella, a wagyu beef toast, lobster pasta, steak au poivre. Reservations run through Resy and are worth making, since the dining room fills for the live sets. It's closed Mondays, the one night the jazz stops.
