Hand rolls are the whole menu at this West Village outpost of Nami Nori, made with real wasabi and offered as an entirely gluten-free lineup — spicy tuna, a crunchy nori roll with spicy crab, mochi churros for dessert. Keep the order simple: the plainer combinations, like salmon avocado, land better than the more elaborate ones built around poke or crispy shallots. The dining room has hardwood floors, white brick walls, and oversized flower arrangements, with a small first-come patio out front and tables that fill up most nights.
