Chef Leah Cohen opened this Amsterdam Avenue outpost of her Lower East Side restaurant in December 2024, with her husband and business partner Ben Byruch furnishing the room in art, lighting and dishware sourced from Thailand's antique markets. The kitchen runs dishes exclusive to this location: a Thai-style roti taco called Moo Ping Al Pastor, and Claypot Spare Ribs cooked in a clay pot from Bangkok. Cohen names the Pancit Palabok, rice noodles in a pork-and-lobster sauce under grilled shrimp and a jammy egg, as her favorite on the menu.
