A kitchen window at this Chinatown dim sum spot lets diners watch cooks hand-fold xiao long bao before they hit the steamer, in shrimp, crab roe and black truffle versions alongside the standard pork. The kitchen also turns out mapo tofu and a spicy mango chicken wing plate, past the usual steamed and fried dim sum lineup. It takes reservations online and offers pickup through its own site as well as walk-in seating.
