From the team behind Lord's and Dame, this Soho seafood restaurant borrows its menu from the coasts of Spain and France: Sicilian sashimi, pan con tomate with Cantabrian anchovy, and a paella loaded with scallops, clams and lobster. White tablecloths and cream walls keep the wide dining room formal, while a separate bar crowd works through pastis gimlets and martinis. A dry-aged ribeye built for two rounds out the kitchen's heavier end, alongside grilled turbot and a whole Dover sole for the less shellfish-focused side of the table.
