Chef Nadav Greenberg, who holds a Michelin star, built this SoHo restaurant on live-fire cooking over coal, drawing on Levantine cuisine and produce from the Union Square Greenmarket. Rockwell Group designed the 80-seat room in layered neutrals, burgundy, and burnished gold, with large booths and staff in caramel tuxedos. The kitchen sends out a grilled wagyu skewer, a short rib big enough to eat with a spoon, and potato pastels piled with caviar. Reservations release on DoorDash a week out; walk-ins who line up by 4pm can add their name around 4:25.
