Bonsaii Tapas & Wine Bar

Inside the Concorde Hotel on East 55th, a wine bar built around international tapas (bluefin tuna crudo, ceviche aguachile, patatas bravas alongside sliders and flatbread) takes over the ground floor. Owners Kevin Cardenas and Ruben Cabrera, who also run Ceviche Fussion, built a wine and sake list to go with the small plates. Out back, a glassed-in courtyard strung with hanging plants and marble tables serves as the dining room.
