Chef Carlos "Carlinhos" Inacio runs this Hell's Kitchen dining room on 10th Avenue, plating Brazilian staples like picadinho carioca and pão de queijo alongside a feijoada packed with bacon, beef, pork ribs and Portuguese sausage. The space is rebuilt with exposed brick and Edison bulbs. Reservations are easy to get, so it works for a last-minute weeknight dinner as well as a planned one.
