Palermo Argentinian Bistro

Three partners named Carlos, Victor and Orhan run this Argentine steakhouse inside a three-story building on Restaurant Row, with six tables and an open kitchen on the ground floor and a pink-and-gold lounge upstairs for private parties. Steak anchors the menu in several cuts, skirt, picanha, New York strip and ribeye among them, alongside empanadas, grilled asparagus with saffron aioli and a braised short rib cannelloni. A Parrillada for Two brings a mix of meats to the table for anyone who can't choose one cut.
