The Hell's Kitchen offshoot of a Flushing food-court crab roe specialist opened in 2025, trading the original's food-court bustle for a quieter sit-down dining room and a longer menu that adds seafood boils. The crab roe noodles and crab roe meatballs, in a lightly sweet, star-anise sauce, carry over from the original. Reservations run through Yelp, and the room works as easily for a pre-theater dinner as a weekday lunch.
