Michelin-starred chef John Fraser opened this French bistro on the corner of Water and Wall Street, inside the Wall Street Hotel, with a dining room designed by Vicky Charles, formerly Soho House's global design lead. The raw bar and a king crab pasta anchor the menu, while a separate bar facing Water Street serves cocktails and lighter plates for anyone not staying for a full dinner. Time Out found it drawing both the after-work suit crowd and couples out for the night.
