Small plates and a rotating cocktail list fill a 25-seat room on Lexington Avenue at Perch, opened in July 2021 by the team behind East Harlem Bottling Company. The kitchen draws on the Union Square Farmers Market for dishes like a whole porgy over farro with salsa verde and croquettes rich enough that sharing isn't recommended. Cocktails change with the seasons, pairing bell pepper and raspberry, or cucumber and grapefruit, with the spirits.
