Inside the Freehand Hotel, this 2,400-square-foot room opened in late 2021 by Authentic Hospitality around a Georgia O'Keeffe theme, from the Southwestern desert color palette to a nod at her years living and painting in New York. It runs as both an event space and a nightlife venue, open to the public for DJs and dancing on Thursday nights and through the weekend, and available to book privately for dinners, receptions and cocktail parties alongside its adjoining bar, Bar Calico. Forbes named it one of the city's go-to party spots.
