The Red Pavilion

Nightlife producer Shien Lee and chef Zoey Gong opened this Bushwick nightclub in 2023, a teahouse and apothecary by day that turns into a jazz-age-styled club with a techno dance floor by night. On Sundays, Gong's dim sum brunch, called Cha Cha Yum Cha, leads into a 1960s tropicana dance party with salsa, mambo, and boogaloo on the speakers. Mixologist Orson Salicetti built a cocktail list that includes a drink called the Red Dragon and CBD-infused mocktails, and other nights bring aerial acts or cabaret performances instead.
