Opened in January 2023 in the backroom of Oiji Mi, another Michelin-starred Korean restaurant in the Flatiron District, this spot earned its own star the same year under chef Brian Kim. Dinner happens at a single chef's counter built with in-house grills, where the kitchen works through a progressive Korean tasting menu course by course. Reservations run through OpenTable in two nightly seatings, capped at six guests per party, and the full menu price is charged at booking. The kitchen can't accommodate dietary restrictions, given the format.
