One-hour nigiri tastings are the whole show at Kazumi Omakase (kanpachi, king salmon with miso beans, torched otoro with caviar, Hokkaido uni, a5 wagyu, finished with a yuzu cheesecake), with a chef often serving just one or two parties at a time. It's priced well under what similar-quality nigiri omakase runs elsewhere in the city, without skipping the attentive service: reviewers say they never felt rushed despite the hour cutoff. Reservations go through Resy and are required; there's no walk-in seating.
