Mercado Little Spain

Hudson Yards holds 35,000 square feet of Spanish cuisine at Mercado Little Spain, which Jose Andres opened in March 2020 with fellow chefs Ferran and Albert Adria. Three full-service restaurants anchor the space: Lena for paellas and flame-grilled meats, Mar for seafood flown in from Spain, and an all-day Spanish Diner. Around them sit nearly a dozen kiosks and two bars, with Iberico ham and other ingredients imported directly from Spain.
