From the team behind Lan Larb Chiangmai in Soho, this spot specializes in Northern Thai cooking, distinct from the Bangkok-style dishes most Thai spots serve. The herb-packed sai oua sausage and the gaeng hung lay, a slow-cooked short rib curry, are the dishes regulars order. Up front there's a bar; toward the back, picnic-style seating sits under paper lanterns, in a room that looks like a florist crossed with an indoor market. Reservations run through Resy, and the kitchen also turns out vegetarian and vegan versions of its curries.
