Pochana Thai Kitchen

The family behind this Astoria kitchen has run it since 2001, with Chef New and Lek, a husband-and-wife team from Bangkok, cooking the same recipes they'd make for family at home. The name means roughly 'food' or 'nourishment' in Thai. The dining room serves lunch, dinner, and dessert, with a stop at 4 p.m. before reopening for dinner at 5, open every day of the week.
