Jesse Spellman and brothers Angelo and Jimmy Tsoulos, whose father ran pizzerias in the 2000s, opened this Jackson Avenue slice shop from the team behind Utopia Bagels in March 2026. The dough is long-proofed and cooked without seed oils, using beef tallow instead, alongside heroes like chicken parm and a Philly cheesesteak. Fold-open windows turn the front into an outdoor counter, with 1970s and '80s ephemera, including Goodfellas memorabilia, lining the walls inside. Dessert comes from Astoria's Gian Piero Bakery: gelato, tiramisu and cheesecake, alongside dips running from hot honey to Calabrian chili oil.
