The menu at Allswell gets reprinted every day, built around whatever looks good that morning at the market, though a few dishes stay fixtures long enough to become the reason regulars come back. The burger, topped with Grafton cheddar and a housemade mayo, is one of them, and the pies, especially anything apple, get ordered as often as any entree does. Seasonal produce works its way into the pasta too, changing as the market does week to week. Bar seats are open for anyone who'd rather eat without waiting for a table.
