A converted boiler room left over from Williamsburg's industrial years holds this Spanish restaurant, its brick walls and original ironwork still visible around the dining room. It opened in 2005 and serves tapas, jamon Iberico and patatas bravas among the starters, with paella and seafood, chicken, and steak mains to follow. The courtyard deck has a retractable roof and windows plus heating, so it runs as an outdoor patio through most of the year. A semi-private lounge and an all-weather deck give the restaurant room for larger groups, and it's closed Mondays and Tuesdays.
