Atop the Moxy hotel in Williamsburg, the Bar Lab Hospitality team behind Broken Shaker runs this indoor-outdoor lounge, pouring cocktails alongside a short menu of Southeast Asian-leaning snacks. The outdoor side looks straight across the East River to the Williamsburg Bridge and the Lower Manhattan skyline, while the indoor room leans tropical, with potted plants, mismatched furniture and a DJ booth. It's first come, first served unless your group is six or more, and the crowd thickens once summer nights get going.
