Iona

Iona opened in 2000 in a former candy store on Grand Street, taking its name from a Scottish island that was once a burial ground for kings. The backyard beer garden holds a ping-pong table and tables shaded by a large tree, and the taps run to two dozen craft beers alongside a whiskey and bourbon list. There's no reservation book: it's first come, first served at the bar and in the garden alike, with soccer usually playing on the screens.
