Aidan O'Neal, who also runs Le Crocodile one floor below and Chez Ma Tante in Greenpoint, sends dishes up to this sixth-floor room at the Wythe Hotel: mussel toast, rounds of oysters, smoked trout under shiny pearls of roe, and scallops swimming in a lemony broth. Green velvet banquettes and wooden two-tops fill the indoor space, while a large outdoor terrace looks out over the Manhattan skyline.
