Aidan O'Neal, who also runs Le Crocodile one floor below and Chez Ma Tante in Greenpoint, sends dishes up to this sixth-floor room at the Wythe Hotel: mussel toast, rounds of oysters, smoked trout under shiny pearls of roe, and scallops swimming in a lemony broth. Green velvet banquettes and wooden two-tops fill the indoor space, while a large outdoor terrace looks out over the Manhattan skyline. The wine list leans into natural bottles from up-and-coming regions, and a rotating cocktail program works in local spirits. Reservations for parties up to six open on Resy 28 days out.
