Matt Diaz, a co-owner of the all-day café For All Things Good, opened this wine bar with Bob Edinger, formerly a sales rep for the natural wine importer Critical Mass Selections. The space used to be a pizza parlor and still looks like one, dressed up with dark green walls rather than gutted and redone. Roman-style pizza al taglio comes in orders of two rectangular slices, alongside permanent fixtures like polpette and arancini and a wine list built entirely around Italian producers. Aperitivi hour runs daily from 5 to 7, with a free snack alongside every drink, and half the tables stay open for walk-ins.
