A rooftop perch atop the Hoxton hotel in Williamsburg gives this restaurant its view of the Manhattan skyline. It's modeled on a shipudiya, the Israeli skewer house built around a live-coal grill, from chef Michael Solomonov's Philadelphia restaurant group. Each skewer order comes with an unlimited spread of salatim, the small vegetable dishes that cover the table before the meat arrives, and pita to go with it. Dinner reservations run through Resy.
