The team behind Soho's King took over the rink-level space at Rockefeller Center once held by The Sea Grill, building a second pasta kitchen below the main one to keep up with the menu. Executive chef Gaz Herbert, formerly of London's Ikoyi, keeps eight pasta shapes at the center of the card, from alphabet pasta in broth to tagliarini with chicken livers. The dining room seats 140 around an open kitchen and a long bar, open all day for lunch and dinner.
