Restaurateurs Sohui Kim, Ben Schneider and St. John Frizell spent years restoring this Fulton Street dining room, landmarked since Gage & Tollner first opened here in 1879, and reopened it in 2021 after a crowdfunding campaign. The cherry-wood paneling and brass chandeliers date to the room's original 19th-century run. The kitchen serves an oyster and chop house menu: East Coast oysters, whole lobster, dry-aged steaks, and cocktails built off 1940s recipes.
