This Flatiron dining room is the first American outpost of a Hangzhou chain with more than two hundred locations across China, decorated with art from young Chinese artists including Peter Chan and Zhang Guang-yu. The kitchen draws from both northern and southern Chinese cooking: green tea claypot chicken, Shanghai-style braised pork belly, soy-glazed crispy fish, scallion oil noodles. Weekday lunch runs a set menu from 11:30 to 3, and the bar pours a short list of low-ABV cocktails alongside the usual wine and beer.
