This bakery on West 14th Street sells scaled-down versions of the khachapuri served next door at its sister restaurant, Chama Mama, the same Georgian dough baked into individual portions rather than a shared boat. The plain one comes with melted cheese and butter, another gets stuffed with spinach, and a third leans on tarragon and mushrooms. Beyond the khachapuri, the case holds a pomegranate cardamom bun, a cinnamon walnut roll, and whole Georgian cakes made to order for parties. It's counter service only, open mornings into early evening.
