Momoya's third location, and its most upscale, opened at the corner of Prince and Mulberry Streets with a two-level room wrapped in windows over the intersection. The sushi counter runs alongside cooked plates: karaage fried chicken with a spicy sesame mayo, shrimp tempura, and seared Wagyu beef laid over crispy rice. Miso black cod comes with cauliflower rice and a miso scallion sauce, and dessert runs to a mille-feuille layered with caramelized banana and Hojicha rum raisin ice cream. Reservations go through Resy, with lunch service on weekdays and a weekend brunch.
