Chandeliers, checkered tablecloths and a photo of Frank Sinatra who never actually ate here set the tone at this Times Square outpost of Tony's Di Napoli, which the Infatuation calls 'good, tacky fun.' Servers toss the Caesar salad and slice the chicken parm tableside with a pizza cutter, and portions run family-style, meant for a table splitting several dishes rather than one plate each. It's a regular pre-theater stop for the Broadway crowd next door, big enough to seat a party of eight without a private room.
