Servers toss the Caesar salad and slice the chicken parm tableside with a pizza cutter, and portions run family-style, meant for a table splitting several dishes rather than one plate each. It's a regular pre-theater stop for the Broadway crowd next door, big enough to seat a party of eight without a private room.
