Built on stilts over the Red Hook Channel, the kind that survived Hurricane Sandy, this bi-level seafood spot has run since 2012 with a mini-golf course and cornhole on the ground floor. The upper floors work as a rooftop bar with views toward the Statue of Liberty, pouring rotating frozen drinks and a pineapple mojito out of a parrot-shaped glass. The kitchen serves Alaska king crab and crab rolls at picnic tables built for groups.
